ScanSTENCIL is a fully integrated, stand-alone process control, measurement and inspection workstation for use after solder paste stencil and hybrid emulsion screen fabrication or other machined, etched or laser cut operations.  This allows inspection of both stencils and screens for accuracy and the ability to inspect 100% for absence/presence and correct size of apertures.

ScanINSPECT VPI is a fully integrated, stand-alone process control, measurement and inspection and programming workstation for use in process setup and new product introduction in the PCB or Hybrid Microcircuit assembly industries. This allows inspection of artwork, PCB’s, ceramic substrates, components, stencils and screens at virtually any stage of production. Parts can be inspected versus either Gerber data, CAD data or Golden parts. All variables come together as a virtual part to avoid costly problems before full production starts.

The PMRS is an integrated system designed to effectively and quickly remove conformal coatings that were applied to electronic devices protecting them from various forms of contamination. Conformal coatings must be removed in order to permit repair, rework and test or Reverse Engineering PCB boards. The PMRS is a tool designed to complement ScanCAD’s diverse family of Reverse Engineering products

ScanFAB AUX is a standalone auxillary module for ScanFAB. It allows full vectorisation and creation. It does not include a scanner nor data import

ScanINSPECT AFI is a fully integrated, stand-alone inspection workstation for film, diazo, photo mask, chrome, glass plates, etc. ScanINSPECT AFI uses a PC Windows based software package integrated with a high-resolution, calibrated, A3 size flatbed scanner. This combination allows 100% inspection for accuracy against Gerber data or against golden board data.
