UK Shipping

In the UK we use DPD for our door-door deliveries. They offer a fully traceable and tracked speedy delivery for parcels up to 25kg in weight. You will receive automatic tracking notifications via email all along the delivery path, right up to your door. We have standard next-day services along with 10.30 am times services to most parts of the UK.

For heavier shipments, we have a pallet service that also offers door-to-door on a 2-3 day service. Again, this is fully traceable all along the delivery path.

International Shipping

For all international shipments, we use DHL. This service is fully trackable and we will send you the airbill number on dispatch of the products, allowing you to track the shipment right up to your door. DHL offers next-day service to some parts of mainland Europe, and normally a 2-3 day service for other areas. Some remote areas may take up to 5 days for shipments, please see the estimated schedules below.

Using your own account

We are happy to arrange the collection of your packages using your own courier account. We deal with all of the main carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT on almost a daily basis. Note that some of these couriers require advanced notification of collections from us and also collect quite early in the day, and due to these reasons sit may add an extra 1-2 days on the shipment schedule if we are to use your own account.

For us to arrange collection on your own behalf, we will need your account name, account number, and required service type. During the order checkout phase, please select "I will use my own courier account".

Estimate schedules

Please note that the below table is the estimated schedule only. The price will be notified to you during checkout (or quote stage) depending upon the weight and quantity. You will also be responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may occur as part of international trading between the UK and your own country.

Typical schedules shown below are based on normal door-to-door service, but international shipping is a complex matter and delays can occur in importing through customs offices so these are guidelines only. Also, the guidelines assume that you are based near major conurbations and not in remote parts of the country.
