Thermal Expansion Calculator

This handy calculator will give the dimensional changes expected of both our film and glass materials depending upon your given temperature and humidity processing conditions. We process all materials in a controlled environment to 21degC and 50% Humidity. If your conditions differ from these, then the material and therefore the pattern will increase or decrease in size. To find out the amount of change, enter your room conditions along with the overall size of the material or pattern.
NOTE: We can add compensation factors to designs to offset material size changes if required.
