METHOD
A basic scribe and snap method of cutting glass plates down to specific sizes. Plates are procesed on a CNC scribing machine and scored along a predefined line.
TOLERANCES
Per scribe line is +/- 0.5mm, overall length and width of returned part can be +/- 0.8mm, although in everyday practise we generally perform to half of this tolerance. If more precision is required, please ask about our DICING services.
SCHEDULE
This methods generally adds 1 day onto production schedules.
